Refunds and Returns Policy
Wallallure will happily exchange items if you change your mind. You must make contact with Wallallure via email or in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. Your order, or part thereof, must be returned at your own expense within 7 days of Wallallure receiving your email or letter. You can nominate a preferred item or we can issue you with a store credit voucher to the value of your returned goods. The store credit voucher can only be used at www.wallallure.com and is only valid for 6 months from the date of issue.Your initial postage costs are non-refundable.
All items must be received in an unopened condition with all packaging and contents intact. Postage on the replacement item/s is also at the customer's expense. We recommend you use registered post when returning your items. Wallallure will not be held responsible for any items that go missing during delivery back to us.
Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced, or you will be refunded once these items have been returned to us. You will be refunded for return post costs once the items have been received by us. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported to Wallallure via email or in writing within 7 days. Your initial postage costs will also be refunded if your entire order is faulty.
