Gift Certificate Guidelines

  • What will you email me?
    A gorgeous gift voucher image (which has the magic voucher code on it) that you can print out and give to a lucky someone.
  • What can I use the certificate for?
    Purchasing any items available for sale at www.wallallure.com.
  • Can I redeem the certificate for cash?
    No, but you don't have to spend it all at once.
  • Is there an expiry date?
    Yes, 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Can I enter someone else's email address?
    We recommend you use your own email address and forward the certificate to the lucky recipient yourself. This makes it much easier to track down a missing voucher. If you don't want to print it, simply forward the email you receive to the gift recipient.
  • I bought a Gift Voucher but I didn't receive the email with the voucher in it, what should I do?
    Firstly, have a look in your Junk Mail folder - it could be hiding in there. If not, please contact Wallallure and we will help you locate your email.
  • How long can I expect to wait for my Voucher to arrive in the email?
    Your voucher should arrive within minutes of finalising your order, although some delays may arise depending on your internet speed and other email related hiccups (full inbox, your server is down etc). If you have not received your email within 4 hours, please contact us.
